One Small Calm wants onesmallcalm.com to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people who use assistive technology or adjust text, colour, motion, keyboard, or screen-reader settings.
Our Aim
We aim to improve the website with reference to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is an ongoing goal, not a claim that every page or third-party feature currently meets every criterion.
What We Work On
- Clear headings, readable language, and logical page structure.
- Keyboard access and visible focus where supported by the website theme and plugins.
- Alternative text for meaningful images and avoidance of text embedded in images where practical.
- Sufficient colour contrast, resizable text, and layouts that adapt to smaller screens.
- Descriptive link wording and labelled forms.
- Reduced unnecessary movement and avoidance of flashing content.
Known Limitations
Older articles, uploaded documents, retailer pages, embedded videos, social posts, widgets, or other third-party content may not offer the same level of accessibility. We do not control the accessibility of external websites. We review issues in proportion to their impact and available resources.
